Terms & Conditions for online monthly show:

• Upcoming artists can mail their works for online monthly show with no subscription.
• Items posted by the user should carry the authenticity of the items.
• Only the owner of the items can post the items.
• Proper email & postal address, contact phone number to be provided.
• Selected items will be displayed maximum for 2 (two) months.
• Your email will be verified immediately after you contact us to send items.
• Only against your submission of the online form, we will display your items.
• Final decision regarding selection of your works will be taken by Art ‘n’ Interior 
• Art ‘n’ Interior is not liable to pay any royalty.
• These Terms and Conditions will always be available for users to review. Users will be told in advance of any change in it.

Terms & Conditions for (annual )Online gallery:

• Annual fees of Rs.2000.00 shall be charged from the artist for online gallery display.
• Artist will finalize the price of their works, before giving it for shows and online gallery.
• Art ‘n’ Interior charges a percentage of the selling price from the artist.
• Artists are privileged with some added services in this category.
• The artist will be responsible for delivering his works at least 3 working days before the scheduled opening of the show to our specified address.
•  Artists can send works on consignment for a maximum span of 6 months.
• Paintings would be preferred to be framed with fiber glass instead of glass to avoid damage.
• Only cash transaction shall be accepted if items are sent through our associate courier service.
• Artist has to bear the cost of all transportation (to & fro).
• Art ‘n’ Interior shall not be responsible for any damage during transportation.
• All works have to be duly signed and authenticated by the artists on their letterheads.
• Art ‘n’ Interior will make all payments to the artists in cheque only (A/C Payee only).
• Payments will only be done after receiving payments from the clients, and subject to the encashment on cheque / draft received from the client.
• No works will be delivered until Art ‘n’ Interior gets full payment from the client.
• Since, “Art n Interior” gives the benefit of payment in installments to their valued customers; the artist’s payments shall also be made accordingly.
• Final decision regarding selection of your works will be taken by Art ‘n’ Interior.
• Buyers shall bear the cost of packaging of the consignment, which has to be paid in advance to Art ‘n’ Interior.
• Art ‘n’ Interior is not liable for any loss or damage to the consignment in transit or for any delay in delivery.
• Art ‘n’ Interior shall only send consignments through their official courier service.
• Buyer shall make direct payment to the courier company on receiving the consignments. (Refer to their terms and conditions and rates).
• Art n Interior holds no responsibility for any compensation or refund due to any delay in delivery, damage or loss of consignments.
• Any dispute, controversy or claim shall be between the buyer and the courier service company. (refer to their terms and conditions)
• These Terms and Conditions will always be available for users to review. Users will be told in advance of any change in it.
• Selling paintings is not our goal even though we try hard for it.
• Connecting artists with art buyers and art galleries is our MAIN GOAL.
• Those who are looking for SALE ONLY need not apply for the exhibition as they may get frustrated if there is no sale.

General terms:

1. The artworks made available for sale on the website may not always be in the physical possession of Gallery and may be physically located anywhere in the world.

2. The price of the art work listed does not include duties, taxes, shipping and handling, which will be charged as applicable and would depend on the physical location of the artwork as well as the shipping address provided by the buyer. The information provided during registration or amended at the time of finalizing a purchase shall be the final billing address and shipping address for delivery of the artworks.

3. The buyer agrees that the buyer is liable for any duties and taxes that might be applicable on the purchase and such charges shall be payable in addition to the price of the artwork.

4. Once an order is placed on the Gallery, the buyer is required to make payment for the price of the artwork as well as the charges referred to above within 7 working days from the date of placing the order. In the event that Gallery does not receive payment within 7 working days, Gallery reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice to the buyer.
5. The artworks will be delivered/shipped to the Buyer once all necessary documentation, relating to transportation, tax, etc. as may be reasonably requested by Gallery are completed and payment has been realized in full including any additional charges. Transit insurance costs will be included in such additional charges, unless specifically advised otherwise by the Buyer. In the event that the buyer chooses to himself collect the artworks from Gallery he must do so within two weeks of Art ‘n’ Interior receiving the payment. In the event that the artworks are not so collected within a period of two weeks, storage and insurance costs will be applicable on the purchase and will be determined at the complete discretion of Gallery.

6. All artwork displayed on the Website is supported by an authenticity guarantee from the Seller. Based on this, Gallery will issue a specific authenticity guarantee for every artwork sold on the Website.

7. Art ‘n’ Interior is not obligated to provide any physical preview of the artwork either before or after the sale. Gallery is in no way liable for the condition of the artwork. Condition reports are provided on request and are based on the information provided by the Seller. If there is a significant difference in the physical work relative to its appearance as displayed on the website, an email will be sent to the buyer regarding the difference and Gallery will await the buyer’s decision to proceed with the order.

8. All measurements are taken without frame / mount.

9. Paintings will be sold on a first come first book basis.

10. Buyers shall satisfy themselves independently of the authenticity & Conditions of the works. We shall provide authentication if possible for the works as per our sources. Buyers should satisfy themselves independently if they require further proof / authentication / before purchasing the works of art.

11. Buyer must specify what form of packing & shipping they require at the time of purchase of the work.

12. All measurements may vary+_ 1 and are Length x Breath or Height x Width.

13. All measurements are in centimeters or inches approx.
