Asmita Sarkar - Painter

With psychology as her subject, this self taught young painter has learned to love paintings from childhood with necessary assistance as and when needed. She gets her inspiration from personal life and memories, performance and emotions associated with urban life and from the different eras of art history. She tries to find a balance between closeness of raw emotions and cultured classicism, symphony, harmony and probability occurrence. Also several other fields of arts, namely, music and poetry may have some inkling in her painting.
